Helene Hammer is a model originally from Frederikstad, Norway. She was discovered there when she was participating in a showcase for a local fashion designer. Since then, she has become an international modeling star. She has been in ad campaigns for Ismael Prata, Idol Looks, and Net-A-Porter. Her editorial chops are also impressive, as she has been featured on the cover of L'Officiel and editorials in Madame Germany 2014, Marie Claire 2014, Mirror, Madame Greece 2014, Madame Figaro 2014, Cosmopolitan, Stella Norway, CYL magazine, Petra Germany, Vogue China December 2014, and Annabelle Magazine Switzerland.

Beyond modeling, Helene Hammer has been "dancing  and acting as long as she can remember". To stay fit, she keeps up her dancing practice in addition to yoga. She is also a fan of documentary films and a “self-hypnosis practitioner”, interested in human psychology and inner states.  As a greater calling, Helene Hammer is also a major advocate of more healthy beauty standards for women in the fashion industry, including proper nutrition. She seeks to fight against unrealistic and unhealthy standards of physical shape, and wants to be a healthy role model. She is one of the only models who has turned down some of the top brands based on this belief, such as Victoria Beckham.
