Neele Hoeper is one half of the Hoeper twins, the other being Inka Hoeper. Originally from Germany, these twin sisters have been taking over the fashion world with their unique dual looks, often working together for many famous designers and magazines. Neele Hoeper has been in ad campaigns such as the Sisley campaign, Amen’s Spring and Summer 2012 collection campaign, and the Suzanne Susceptible Fall and Winter 2012-2013 collection. She has also walked the runway (solo) for Sergei Grinko Spring/Summer 2012 Milan, Calla Haynes Fall/Winter 12 NYC, M+P Show Package Fall/Winter 2012, and Pull & Bear’s 2012 lookbook.

With her twin sister, she has appeared in a photoshoot for Raphael Delorme and Thierno SY, an H&M campaign, and Amy Gee’s  Spring/Summer 2012 campaign. With her twin Inka, she has also been in editorials such as Zeit Magazin 2013 July 4th edition, Vogue Spain June 2017, and Harper's Bazaar Australia (special editorial about the chicest model twins in fashion). Wattpad Magazine also featured the twins in addition to Gentle Woman’s special Sisters Issue Autumn/Winter 2014. The Hoeper twins were also in Jute Magazine, Numero Japan, Fabulous Mag UK, Madame Figaro, Gilt Magazine, Grazia Italy March 2013, Elle Japan June 2013, Submission Mag January 2014, and Rough Italia 2015.
