As a French model, born in Paris and raised in Spain, I learned early on how enriching life as a model can be. Even before turning 18, I traveled extensively with my family, and when I began modeling, a world full of opportunities opened up to me. Today, I commute between my family in southern France and various work locations around the world.
The year 2020 taught me that anything can happen at any time – an important lesson for any aspiring model. During the quieter months of Covid-19, I was able to focus on personal projects, such as learning Portuguese alongside Spanish, English, Italian, and French, and deepening my passion for poetry and plant care. Models often have to learn patience and flexibility, especially when job offers are canceled due to external circumstances.
Since the summer of 2020, I have been able to travel and model again, always with caution to avoid Covid. Traveling and modeling in different countries gives a model unique perspectives – from tropical locations to creative city shoots. My dream is to one day work in a sunny, exotic place and gain new cultural experiences.
A shoot I particularly cherish was with photographer Mathieu. Three words describe it perfectly: fast, cool, beautiful. As a model, it is incredibly valuable to work with talented teams that inspire the creative process. Flowers and plants often play a central role in my shoots – they bring color, life, and emotion to every image. My home has now become a small jungle, and plants are an important balance for me amid the demands of everyday modeling life.
As a model, you don’t only think about shoots and runways but also about responsibility. I pay attention to sustainable practices, both at home and while traveling: shopping locally, avoiding plastic, and taking the train instead of flying whenever possible. These small steps are part of how models can contribute to environmental protection while working in different countries and collaborating with model agencies or working freelance.
Working with model agencies and on international platforms allows models to unleash their creativity, learn new languages, and gain valuable experience. Whether it’s exotic flowers for a photoshoot or sustainable lifestyles – the life of a model is full of opportunities, challenges, and adventures.
