On the occasion of its 150s anniversary, the most beautiful ambassadors of fashion are invited to contribute their vision of elegance, featuring special contributions by Dolce&Gabbana. And to celebrate their latest collection, a selection of essential pieces of the Fall-Winter season 2015 has the honour.
Elena Melnik for Campagne Printemps
Printemps has chosen model Elena Melnik to be part of their 150th year anniversary. The company has been in the fashion industry since 1865, and they have chosen to collaborate with Dolce and Gabbana as part of their celebration. The new collection will be launched during the Autumn-Winter season this year. Printemps’ History of Elegance campaign celebrates elegance of yesterday and today.
For the campaign, Elena Melnik wore a black and white striped dress while carrying a matching striped bag. She completed the look with high heeled leather boots. She looks like a modern version of the illustrated ladies that’s in her background.
Elena Melnik has been known to be the face of Givenchy cosmetics for two seasons and has been part of ad campaigns for Lacoste, Joseph and Dolce and Gabbana. She also did some work for Boucheron and Vera Wang. Printemps made the right choice by picking her to be part of their 150th-anniversary campaign.
